At Eco Free Rave, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original box.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and any items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
